What is Gem Era?
Gem Era was created by four founders on a mission to create bold, one-of-a-kind art that is heavily inspired by pop culture. We believe that collecting art should be fun and accessible for everyone in the community.
Transparency
We want to keep everything transparent when it comes to everything we do. This means that each art piece medium will have its own pop count associated with it - which will tell you exactly how many were printed. There will never be a reprint or backdoor sales.
For example, If the pop count is 20, then this includes the studio editions, public pieces, and allocated drop (if any). Everyone will have the same randomized chance at securing a variant on the website, and we won't give any preferential treatment to maintain fairness for everyone.
What is a studio edition?
A studio edition is a specific variant that each founder picks for their PC, charity auctions, and giveaways. It is theirs to do with as they wish and is no different from any other card in the drop aside from the fact that it was a favorite by one of the founders. The only way to tell which pieces are a studio edition is by looking at the back of the header and finding the text "Studio Edition". There is no special "studio only" variant or foil - all foils get rotated over time.
